Tai Calon seeks to appoint, under a RIBA Standard Professional Services Contract 2018, a suitably qualified, experienced and competent Architect to work with Tai Calon to explore possible design and outline cost options to change the existing building at Ffynon Court to: • Meet Current Building Regulations • Improve demand, in particular 9 empty flats • Meet the Local Housing need • Improve Financial sustainability • A minimum of 3 options will be prepared for use in Tai Calons internal options appraisal The Architect will be expected to lead the professional team in a manner to engender a spirit of mutual co-operation to successfully deliver the project. The Architect is to be a single entity and provide both Architectural and Cost Consultancy services from RIBA Stage 0 to 3.
