Description

Affinity Water has a requirement for the provision of Occupational Health Services to support the health, wellbeing and fitness for work of its employees, while helping the organisation meet its operational, legal and regulatory obligations.<br />The Agreement will cover the provision of Occupational Health Services across all Affinity Water operational regions and offices, supporting employees, managers and operational requirements.<br />Services may include:<br /><br />• Sickness absence case management and Occupational Health referrals.<br />• Fitness-for-work assessments and return-to-work support.<br />• Pre-employment screening and health assessments.<br />• Safety-critical medicals and statutory health surveillance.<br />• Face-to-face, telephone and virtual consultations.<br />• Occupational Health Physician and Nurse services.<br />• Physiotherapy and musculoskeletal support services.<br />• Mental health and employee wellbeing services.<br />• GP reports, workplace assessments and adjustment recommendations.<br />• Onsite medical assessments, clinics and health interventions.<br />• Management reporting and service performance monitoring.<br />• Compliance with clinical governance standards, GDPR requirements and Affinity Water policies.<br />• Drug and alcohol testing and screening, including responsive call-out testing where required.<br />
