Provision of Catering Services to Kilkenny Education Support Centre

Kilkenny Education Support Centre (KESC) is seeking tenders for the supply, delivery, and service of hot and cold prepared food, together with full catering support services, primarily at its premises in Kilkenny, with occasional deliveries to outreach venues in County Kilkenn. The contract will establish a three-year framework agreement commencing on 1 January 2026, subject to a three-month trial and annual review. Services include provision of main meals, soups, sandwiches, fruit, and buffet options; catering staff as required; full compliance with food safety and hygiene legislation; and post-service clean-up. The estimated total contract value is €105,840 – €145,365 (ex VAT) over three years.
