Description

The University intends to enter into a two-year contract for the renewal of its Google Analytics 4 (GA4) enterprise licence, including ongoing support services. GA4 is a business‑critical web analytics platform used across the University's public‑facing websites and digital marketing channels to provide unsampled performance reporting, stakeholder dashboards, and integrated reporting with existing systems such as Salesforce and the Google Marketing Cloud. The contract will ensure continuity of service, data integrity, and interoperability with the University's established analytics infrastructure. The services will be provided via an approved Google reseller under an educational pricing arrangement. The contract has a value of £74,400 over two years. ## Contract award
