Description
Oslo kommune v/ Renovasjons- og gjenvinningsetaten (REG) [the Agency for Waste Management and Recycling] invites tenderers to participate in an open tender competition in connection with the replacement of six economiser modules at Haraldrud Incineration Plant in Oslo. The Waste-to-Energy Agency has two identical incineration lines (Line 1 and 2) at the Haraldrud Incineration Plant (HEA). Line 1 and 2 at HEA each have their own ECO 3 that consists of three modules. ECO 3 on both of the lines has exceeded it's lifetime, and must therefore be replaced to safeguard cooling of the exhaust gas as well as robust and stable operation. The delivery consists of disassembly of the six existing modules, as well as production, transport and installation of six new modules.
