Provision of Professional Services within an Integrated, Multi-disciplinary team at the “Corlea Trackway Visitor Centre” for the OPW

Under a partnership agreement with the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage (DHLGH) and Fáilte Ireland, the Office of Public Works (OPW) now wish to engage an integrated team of professional service providers to work with the OPW to: • Phase 1 Initial Contract: Investigate and assess the options available to develop the Corlea Trackway Visitor Centre and Site to create a new visitor / tourism hub in the Longford “Just Transition Area” and make a formal recommendation setting out a course of future action; • Phase 2: Undertake the provision of professional services to support the design and construction of the chosen option. The purpose of this document is to enable submissions to be obtained from integrated professional teams of businesses / individuals work on the project. Teams will be Architect-led by a single party / entity who will be the Contracting Party on behalf of the entire group. The selection and contract award will be made on the basis of the qualitative merits of the entire group and submissions outlining their relevant experience and capacity to undertake the work will be required from all the parties involved.
