Description

Stavanger kommune [Stavanger municipality], hereafter called the contracting authority, intends to sign a contract with KMD A/S for the delivery of a system for procurement analysis and system support. The contracting authority intends to sign a contract with a prior contest as there is only considered to be one existing supplier in the market who can deliver a system for procurement analysis that fulfils the requirements and needs that the contracting authority has for this system, cf. PPR § 21-5. The system will be offered as Software as a service and operated externally. Requirement: — a system that can read information on a product line level from invoices in EHF format; — a system that can categorise each individual product line in relation to UNSPSC; — a system that detects purchases outside of a contract; — a system where one can undertake free-text searches in the product line; — a system where one can undertake price control per product line based on match against item number.
