GraduationThe University of Winchester confers awards for approximately 3 000 graduates each year. We hold our graduation ceremonies once a year (currently over a week in October) in Winchester Cathedral, with support services (gown hire, photography studios, ticket collection, etc.) being conducted in Winchester Guildhall. We are looking for suppliers to provide gown hire, photography and tickets under the three separate lots detailed below. The University requires a supplier to provide a gowning service for approximately 3 000 students. The University requires a supplier to provide studio photography for graduating students. The University requires a supplier to provide a full ticketing solution to manage guests for its graduation ceremony. The solution should include an online portal where guests can purchase tickets, a hotline to answer ticketing queries, design and printing of the tickets and delivery to the Guildhall for collection during graduation week.
