A North West RegTech Initiative is being developed by Donegal County Council, Derry City & Strabane District Council, Catalyst and the Atlantic Technological University as part of a proposed all-island national institute in Regulatory Technology. Donegal County Council has been awarded funding through Shared Island towards feasibility assessment of the proposed initiative. This Request for Tender covers the following: • Scoping and Feasibility Study for the proposed initiative; • Business case/ Economic appraisal to assess economic viability, potential return on investment, option analysis, governance and operational arrangements; • Detailed specification for the design, development and build of facilities in Letterkenny and Derry/Londonderry.
