Steam, hot water and associated products

Description

Tenderers are invited to an open tender competition with negotiations for the supply of hot water and accompanying products for new sports facilities at Åkra. Karmøy Municipality will construct a new sports centre with, amongst other things, 2 activity halls, changing rooms, storeroom, club premises, and a weight training room. The total gross area of the building is approx. 4 500 m2. The contract includes the supply of hot water which must cover the building's need for heating, as well as cover the need for hot tap water for the users of the building. The tender must include a total delivery/heating plant, including the required ground and concrete work, as well as the engineering design and laying of heating pipes and trench-digging work thereof for the new sports centre. A subscriber heating plant must be delivered. The plant is to be located in the technical room on the first floor of the sports centre.
