Description
The scope of the procurement is to appoint a company to provide Roads with a winter weather forecasting services. The purpose of these forecasts are to assist in deciding whether gritting operations are required on the roads within the area following the forecasting of Ice or Snow. Lot 1: The type of contract is a services contract, the procedure is a regulated procurement governed by the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014. The procedure being followed in an open procedure.
