Description

Provision of business continuity consulting services. Services to include the review of the current ESPO Business Continuity Plan, revision of Plan, or production of new Plan if required, annual scenario testing of Plan to ensure it remains fit-for-purpose, and any necessary revisions to Plan as a result of scenario testing and/or changes to legislation or identification of potential new threats. The contract has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total value stated includes the option period. As a minimum standard, there should be no material concerns as to the financial stability of the potential Service Provider indicating that the contract may not be satisfied. The financial stability of the potential Service Provider will not be assessed as part of this procurement exercise but will be monitored during the contract terms via reference to an appropriate credit reference agency. ESPO reserves the right to use its discretion to exclude a potential Service Provider where it can demonstrate by any appropriate means that the potential Service Provider is in breach of its obligations relating to the non-payment of taxes or social security contributions.
