Proposal to seek expressions of interest from Developers, Contractors, Homeowners and Landowners for the supply of development sites or completed housing schemes that are fit for purpose for Social Housing in towns and villages in County Monaghan where there is a Housing Need. The proposed tender seeks expressions of interest from Developers, Contractors, Homeowners and Landowners for the supply of House, Land and or Turnkey Developments for Social Housing in towns and villages in County Monaghan where there is a Housing Need. Proposals on greenfield and brownfield sites or unfinished developments are of interest and there is particular interest in seeing proposals from Developers for developments that propose to bring vacant or derelict properties into use and/or that propose to demolish derelict properties and build new dwellings in their place, Buy and Renew Turnkey proposals where the Developer buys and renovates the property to like-new condition and sells to Monaghan County Council.
