Appointment of a Managing Agent/ Installation Contractor -NISEP '21

Description

Phoenix Natural Gas Ltd (PNG) , appointed as a Primary Bidder under the Northen Ireland Sustainable Enery Programme (NISEP), wishes to subsequently appoint a Managing Agent./ Installation Contractor capable of delivering the works required under the NISEP scheme which includes the installation and/ or enhancement of heating, insulation and other energy saving initiatives to those dwelling types/ househlds that qualify for such such works under the scheme. The appointed Managing Agent/ Installation Contractor will be required to liaise with PNG staff and the nomintated householder, administering the process throughout - including all installation works and the required supervision and administration. Interested Applicants must first satisfy a pre-quailifcation procedure which invloves the completion and submission of the associated Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) on, or before, the specified time and date. If succesfull, Applicants may then be invited to proceed to the Invitation to Tender (ITT) Stage. The date for submission of the completed PQQ is Thursday 10th June 2021. It would be envisaged that the ITT will be issued to those short-listed candidates on Monday 14th June with an anticipated return date of Monday 28th June.
