Description
Carmarthenshire County Council wishes to appoint suitably experienced suppliers / contractors on a framework basis for the purpose of hiring plant vehicles and associated machinery, both with and without an operator. The requirement includes heavy plant machinery such as excavators, gully emptiers, sweepers, telehandlers, rollers and dumpers. Please note that the figure for the estimated spend in each lot, is the anticipated total value of the Framework as a whole, over 4 years. As this is a framework arrangement, the values of potential spend for each individual lot cannot be specified.
