Award of Review of Nature Finance Incentives (MS-P-0426)

Description

The Scottish Ministers acting through Marine Directorate invites tenders to undertake a critical review of existing Scottish, UK and international financial delivery systems, and existing incentives used to stimulate private investment in nature.The contractor will then use the review results to devise and recommend: 1) optionsfor a suitable financial delivery system to support strategic scale nature positiveaction, and 2) approaches to incentivise private investment into marine and coastalnature enhancement within a Scottish context.This tender will contribute to the overall progress towards achieving a nature positivefuture for Scotland and support future decision making.
