Build Framework

Description

Bus Átha Cliath requires suitable framework members to create a multi-party framework agreement to deliver small-medium build engineering requirements. The contract is for a period of four years from 2025, with an option to extend for one further period of one year. The expected value of this framework is estimated to be in excess of €16m. This valuation includes for up to €10m of sustainability projects background BÁC will run a tendering competition for the formation of a framework of general building contractors to provide maintenance, repair and new works building services to BÁC premises. This may include the likes of significant replacement or new-build elements of general building fabric and systems (floors, walls, roofs, above-ground rainwater drainage, doors, glazing, fabric upgrades, insulation, deep retrofit and energy upgrades of building stock).
