Ill Health Retirement Provision, Ports of Jersey, Channel Islands

Description

A requirement has arisen to provide Ports of Jersey employees with an ill health retirement provision alongside an existing employer pension scheme. This will provide employees who are deemed permanently incapable of undertaking their role to be provided with an enhancement based on their length of service. The requirement will be for approximately 120 employees and any new employees. We are looking for ill health retirement offerings in the UK market, or equivalent provisions to ill health retirement. Ideally the benefits and provisions will closely reflect those of Public Employees Pension Scheme (PEPS)
