Description

The procurement comprises the delivery of a High Throughput Sequencing machine (HTS machine) to the Contracting Authority. The HTS machine should be able to be used in emergency preparedness, reference functions, diagnostics, monitoring and research. A service contract and offer of machine dependent consumables should also be included in the delivery. The value of the procurement is estimated to be 700 000 NOK - 1 000 000 NOK excluding VAT for the sequencing machine and 1 700 000 NOK per year for consumables and servicing. The volume is an estimate and is non binding. For further information refer to the Requirement specification, Part 2. Lots and alternative tenders: Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The Contracting Authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4 [FOA §19-4], but since an individual machine and machine dependent accessories and servicing will be purchased here, division is not relevant.
