Clackmannanshire Council wish to appoint an architect/urban designer led consultancy team to support us in preparing a Masterplan for Alloa Town Centre. The purpose of the Masterplan is to strengthen the strategic role of Alloa as a centre for civic and environmental innovation in the regional wellbeing economy, with strengthened opportunities for living well locally to meet community needs equitably.The future of the town centre seeks to build on its rich heritage and identity and re-define its purpose as a hub for 21st century need. Realising this potential requires a clear narrative with shared ownership driving consistent commitment by partners, and co-ordinated activity shaping prioritised propositions for investment.
