Provision of External Audit Services (2025-2030)

Description

Linthouse Housing Association is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced auditor. Lot 1: Linthouse Housing Association seek to appoint an external auditor to carry out the annual audit and associated services. Other services may be required throughout the duration of the contract. The contract is for a period of up to 5 years, with the possibility of a further 2-year extension to the audit contract commencing the financial year beginning 01 April 2025. However, this will be subject to review by the Management Committee and, ultimately, the Association's members at the Annual General Meeting.
