Consultancy Service for Hard Facilities Management Contract

Description

Royal Berkshire Fire Authority (RBFA) is consolidating Hard FM contracts such as Heating and Ventilation (HVAC), Electrical Maintenance and Building Maintenance, Appliance Bay Door, Life Services into a single source contract. The Authority currently has disaggregated these contracts into separate contracts with different suppliers with different contract terms. The disaggregation of the contract requires the Authority to expend a lot of human resource and time to procure these services which the Authority is planning to minimise with the aggregation of contracts into Hard FM and Soft FM. The Authority direct awarded the contract utilising London Housing Consortium (LHC) - Lot 9 Project Managers
