Description

Dublin City Council seeks to establish Panels of Training Providers in 2 Lots. Lot 1- Management and Personal Development Training. Lot 2 - Skills Development. This Panel is being established using the Restricted Procedure (Title III Services). Tenderers should note that this Competition is being run under Regulation 74 of the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 (the “Regulations”), and accordingly is subject only to limited aspects of the Regulations. This is the first stage of the procedure whereby all interested parties may submit a response, but only those meeting the selection criteria (qualification and experience) will be deemed eligible for inclusion on the panel.
