Westmeath County Council is seeking to procure a new delegate conferencing system for use in its Council Chamber in Athlone, Co. Westmeath. Westmeath County Council utilise Microsoft Teams as our meeting management software of choice, and any proposed system must operate, easily, with Microsoft Teams. It is anticipated that the selected solution will meet the audio\visual requirements of the organisation for the next 10 years and provide a flexible, and adaptive, installation that can be easily upgraded to meet future technology requirements. It is essential that the selected solution is capable of integrating with web streaming, video conferencing and web technologies. The system also needs to able to integrate with auto tracking cameras when the microphone is engaged.
