Description

The aim of this procure a row with 8 independent gas fermentation systems and to simplify the work with C1 gases and hydrogen in various fermentation modes. The fermentation systems will be used for screening and characterising different micro-organisms, optimising media and process parameters, and for process development by using gaseous substrate. The preferred gases that will be used will be air, O2, N2, CO2, CH4, CO, H2, pre-mixed gases, or waste gas from industrial sources. Full installation of the complete fermentation system and training must be included in the tender. Further specifications are given in Appendix 1 - Requirements.
