Description
The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement that will cover Bærum, Municipality's need for the procurement and delivery of textiles and workwear, of the right quality, in a cost-efficient and environmentally and socially responsibly manner. The contract must, at all times, apply to all of the Contracting Authority´s addresses. The largest orderers under this framework agreement will be the cleaning unit, residential and activity centres, and nursing and retirement homes. The assignment is split into two sub-tenders, and the contracting authority will enter into a framework agreement with up to two tenderers, split between two independent items. Item 1 workwear for health and cleaning personnel: See Annex 2 - Supplier Response and Prices (Excel sheet) for further information on the content of item 1. Item 2 textiles: See Annex 2 - Supplier Response and Prices (Excel sheet) for further information on the content of item 2. The same tenderer can win both items. All the documents for the sub-contests are under the tab documents in this contest, not under the sub-contests. Lot 1: Item 1. Workwear for health and cleaning personnel. The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the Contracting Authority that will cover Bærum Municipality's need for the procurement and delivery of workwear, of the right quality and in a cost-efficient and environmentally and socially responsible manner. Staggered call-offs will be made in the framework agreement period. The contract must, at all times, apply to all of the Contracting Authority´s addresses. Workwear including: Workwear for health, workwear for cleaning, shoes, kitchen wear, etc. The list is not exhaustive. The contracting authority has separate contracts within the following areas and will not procure these products under this framework agreement: External laundry services for workwear and flat textiles, uniforms, protective clothing, and medical consumables. Lot 2: Item 2. Textiles The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the Contracting Authority that will cover Bærum Municipality's need for the procurement and delivery of textiles, of the right quality, in a cost-efficient and environmentally and socially responsibly manner. Staggered call-offs will be made in the framework agreement period. The contract must, at all times, apply to all of the Contracting Authority´s addresses. Textiles including: Patient clothing, towelling, bed linen, blankets, duvets, pillows, sheets, matresses, surgical textiles, cleaning, tablecloths, and serviettes, etc. The list is not exhaustive. The contracting authority has separate contracts within the following areas and will not procure these products under this framework agreement: External laundry services for workwear and flat textiles, uniforms, protective clothing, medical consumables and equipment, medical furniture, furniture and treatment equipment.
