AUDIO VISUAL SOLUTIONS & INTEGRATED OPERATING THEATRES 2 (SBS10245)

Description

NHS Shared Business Services act in an Agency capacity for and on behalf of its customers (Approved Organisations) - existing and new. These comprise of NHS and Social Care organisations (whether acting individually, or on behalf of, or together as members of any consortia) along with any other public or private sector bodies which NHS SBS authorises to use the resulting Framework. NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) has put in place a Framework Agreement for the provision of Audio-Visual Solutions & Integrated Operating Theatres and related Goods and Services for Healthcare to be used by NHS SBS Approved Organisations. Lot 1: Integrated Operating Theatres Lot 1 covers the provision, delivery and installation of Audio-visual products bringing 4K, 8K and HD technology into operating theatres for diagnostic and training purposes. Additional information: The Term of this Framework Agreement shall be 24 months from the Commencement Date and may be extended provided that the duration of this Framework Agreement shall be no longer than 4 years in total. Lot 2: Multi-Disciplinary Team Room and Conferencing Facility Room Lot 2 covers the provision, delivery and installation of Audio-visual products enabling teams to meet remotely or on site for diagnostic and discharge purposes. Additional information: The Term of this Framework Agreement shall be 24 months from the Commencement Date and may be extended provided that the duration of this Framework Agreement shall be no longer than 4 years in total. Lot 3: Audio Visual (AV) Hardware & Software Lot 3 covers the provision, delivery and installation of TV and AV products. Additional information: The Term of this Framework Agreement shall be 24 months from the Commencement Date and may be extended provided that the duration of this Framework Agreement shall be no longer than 4 years in total. Lot 4: Digital Signage Lot 4 covers the provision of Digital Signage: Supply, delivery and installation of internal and external information screens and associated software solutions. Additional information: The Term of this Framework Agreement shall be 24 months from the Commencement Date and may be extended provided that the duration of this Framework Agreement shall be no longer than 4 years in total. Lot 5: Bedside Entertainment Solutions Lot 5 covers the provision, delivery and installation of interactive bedside entertainment equipment providing interactive TV and Wi-Fi services to patients. Additional information: The Term of this Framework Agreement shall be 24 months from the Commencement Date and may be extended provided that the duration of this Framework Agreement shall be no longer than 4 years in total. Lot 6: Patient Check-In Devices Lot 6 covers the provision, delivery and installation of patient check-in kiosks, enabling patients to check-in for GP and hospital appointments upon arrival. Additional information: The Term of this Framework Agreement shall be 24 months from the Commencement Date and may be extended provided that the duration of this Framework Agreement shall be no longer than 4 years in total.
