Without prejudice to competition in the marketplace, this speculative notice is being used to invite interested parties to participate in market consultation to assist us in assessing the various options which are available to develop specifications to ensure that any future tender process delivers the optimum solution to the Vale of Glamorgan Council before commencing a formal procurement process.
