Provision of Supply & Fit of Lifecycle Gas heating systems

Scottish Borders Housing Association (SBHA) is seeking to award a contract for the Provision of Gas heating systems split into 2 lots to facilitate the Planned Maintenance program 2026 to 2031 within our housing stock. SBHA anticipate this to be 2 separate suppliers to maximise delivery capacity. It is anticipated that Service Commencement will be 14 September 2026 for 2+2+1 years, with an anticipated end date of 31 March 2031. Lot 2: Lot 2 Installations The procurement process will be conducted as a Call Off Award via PFH Decarbonisation and Retrofit Framework Lot 1b. The Contract Award will be published in line with Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
