Description

The ICB Commissioners in NHS Mid and South Essex wish to provide their patients with a choice of providers who can deliver high quality Children and Young People ADHD/ Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) (CATS) services and care in accordance with the terms of this agreement and in particular all relevant Guidance. The service provided under this notice will be for CYP ADHD/ASD CATS Services under patient choice provision. The contract award has been made following Direct Award Process B under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 and the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (as amended) do not apply. These contracts have been awarded with no guarantee of activity. The actual contract value will vary dependent on the activity delivered. Therefore, this notice outlines a total contract value of £0.00. ) Lot 1: The service provided under this notice will be for Children and Young People (CYP) ADHD/ASD Services under patient choice provision. This contract award has been made following Direct Award Process B under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 and the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (as amended) do not apply. The services will be delivered between the 01st of March 2026 to the 28th February 2027. The providers are an existing provider of Children and Young People (CYP) ADHD/ASD Services to the NHS MSE ICB.
