The CareCubed Adults calculator is an established and widely recognised toolkit used by numerous local authorities and care providers. It provides a transparent and evidence-based approach to care fee negotiations, supporting fair and consistent engagement with care providers. CareCubed Adults is currently utilised by the Strategic Procurement Brokerage Team to support care fee reviews and the negotiation of individual adult care packages. The continued use of the system will help identify opportunities to reduce the cost of high-cost placements, ensure value for money, and strengthen relationships with care providers by demonstrating a fair, robust, and transparent methodology for determining care fees. ## Contract award
