EIB - Local recovery centre

Description

The EIB on behalf of the EIB Group is seeking a service provider (SP) for a local recovery centre. In the event the Bank's working environment becomes (partly) unavailable for any reason the SP shall provide such a centre to enable the recovery of the critical business activities. The EIB Group has identified the need for different service packages. The framework agreement to be entered into between the Bank and the successful tenderer shall have an initial term of 3 years with the possibility of 3 extensions, at the Bank's request, of 1 year each. The expected start of the service is 1.10.2017. The requirements of the project in terms of scope, deliverables and technical requirements are given in the procurement documents.
