Description

Eden Court Highlands invites submissions for the provision of an Architect-led multidisciplinary design team to prepare the Stage 2 Concept Design for the Refresh & Refurbishment of aspects of Eden Court Highlands. Lot 1: The Multidisciplinary Design Team will be procured through a two Stage Tender process, with this stage forming the initial Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ). Once the Submission Deadline for this PQQ has passed, the returns will be assessed against the Evaluation Criteria outlined under Section 1, item 9 of this PQQ. From this, notifications will be issued to all parties confirming if they have been successful in progressing to the shortlist of a minimum of 5 consultant teams. Following the standstill period an Invitation to Tender (ITT) will be issued directly to the shortlisted consultant teams. Details of the ITT requirements will be included within the ITT when issued.
