Maintenance, repair and supply of lifting installations, doors and barriers

Description

The purpose of this tender procedure is to select the contractor who will provide services relating to: —line item I: supply and implementation of a CMMS, preventive maintenance and repair of escalators, lifts, service lifts, dumbwaiters, lifting platforms, and carriers for disabled persons, — line item II: supply and implementation of a CMMS, preventive maintenance and repair of automatic doors, turnstiles, motorised garage doors, electric barriers and retractable bollards, — line item III: any services related to line items I and II and/or installation or replacement work on lifting installations, doors and barriers, which are not included in the interventions covered by the services of line items I and II, which may be necessary during the course of the contract. Line items I and II: the scope of services is defined and entitled as follows: — the ‘Rental Omnium Guarantee’ concerning the installations of buildings rented by the institutions. It includes all the services and supplies for which the tenant is responsible, namely: preventive maintenance, breakdown services, repairs, supplies of all consumables and replacement of worn or damaged parts, with a unit amount less than or equal to 1 000.00 EUR excluding tax, a non-exhaustive list of which is included in chapter 17 of the specifications, — the ‘Owner Omnium Guarantee’ concerning the installations of buildings owned by the institutions, or which are the subject of an emphyteutic lease. It includes all the services and supplies for which the owner is responsible, namely: preventive maintenance, breakdown services, repairs, supplies of all consumables and replacement of worn or damaged parts, with no price limit. It should be noted that the KAD II building installations will be subject to a 2-year manufacturer's guarantee from the year 2023 (indicative schedule). Line item III: — line item III concerns any related services not covered by the ‘Rental Omnium Guarantee’ or the ‘Owner Omnium Guarantee’, which may be necessary during the course of the contract, — in the event of installation work or replacement of lifting equipment, doors or barriers, the new installations will be subject to a 2-year manufacturer's guarantee (see point 13.10.4 of the specifications).
