APPOINTMENT OF IST MAGHERA HWRC CAPITAL PROJECT

Description

The proposed works for the household waste recycling centre will include, but are not limited to, the following: - Vegetation clearance; - Drainage works including but not limited to: Installation of manholes; pipe work; attenuation tank; flow control; gullies and headwall; - Provision of site power, telecoms and potable water; - Installation a full retention oil interceptor and sample chamber; - Installation of weighbridge; - Installation of septic tank; - Installation of concrete yard slab; - Installation of reinforced concrete and modular block retaining walls; - Construction of canopy structure over pedestrian area(s); - Installation of site lighting, PV panels and construction of NIE substation; - Construction of recycling centre roadway – along with external works to the existing public road and it’s junction with the Tobermore Road; - Installation of prefabricated office unit and associated works.
