Leeds City Council Employment and Skills Dynamic Purchasing System for the agile commissioning of learning, skills and employment services. This DPS is open for relevant applications to join up to 31 March 2028 and successful applications will be admitted to the DPS as pre-approved delivery partners in the Categories they apply to join.
