Oslo Municipality, c/o the Agency for Waste Management and Recycling, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of a framework agreement for spare parts and competence for boiler systems 1&2 at Haraldrud Incineration Plant. Lot 1: The Agency for Waste Management and Recycling needs a framework agreement for spare parts and competence for boiler systems 1&2 at Haraldrud Incineration Plant (HEA). The boilers are a central part of the plant for production, where energy from incineration is used at the accompanying plant. The aim of the procurement is to have stable and secure operation of HEA by ensuring the need for spare parts and competence for the two boilers on Iines 1&2.
