Rownhams St Johns CE (C) Primary School - Replace KS1 Boiler

Description

Remove the existing boiler plant and replace with a new natural gas fired condensing boiler installation. Remove existing flue systems and install new flue systems to serve the new gas fired equipment. Connect the new gas fired equipment to the existing heating circuits, MCW, Gas Supply pipework and Electrical power. Redundant boilers, gas and electrical components, pipework and cable will be removed from site. Allow for all associated asbestos removal work as identified within the asbestos R&D survey report. Allow to all BWIC make good including holes/surfaces/paintwork left by the works. In addition to the boiler replacement works carry out remedial works to the ventilation and heating with the Aviary Room (Room 44) within the building. The remedial works include repairs to the existing Monodraught Suncatcher units, provision of supplementary mechanical ventilation and remedial modifications to the existing LST radiator installation. ## Contract award
