2022/7587 Framework agreement for electrical equipment

Description

Alver municipality c/o the Property Department is in need of a framework agreement for the delivery of electrical equipment for operation and maintenance. The agreement mainly applies to products for work performed by in-house personnel. Alver municipality reserves the right to purchase goods from other framework agreements. Lot 1: For individual calls with a total value that exceeds NOK 100,000 excluding VAT, Alver municipality reserves the right to conduct its own competitions. Furthermore, the contracting authority reserves the right to use a special wholesaler for certain deliveries if this has clear advantages. The contract's extent is approx. NOK 630,000 annually. The maximum total contract value over 4 years including options is approx. NOK 2.52 million (excluding VAT). The maximum contract value for the entire framework agreement period, including options, is NOK 5 million (excluding VAT).
