Description

The aim of the new service is to support, develop and train our parent champions and parent ambassadors and work with our wider partners in the community to strengthen the community voice within SSBC and our commitment to building community capacity through our ‘Community Connection’ approach. The work will focus on parent champions and ambassadors initially and will include: — coaching and Support to enable them to develop as individuals and as a group, — help to identify, tackle and overcome challenges and solve problems, — support to explore new opportunities and develop a pathway to greater autonomy and self-determination including development options for individuals and help to identify options to create a sustainable legacy for the parent champion group both within and beyond SSBC.
