The contest concerns entry into an agreement for a business manager for the Vestre Toten Housing Foundation. Lot 1: The contracting authority was established on 06.03.1997 when the housing stock from Vestre Toten municipality was combined into a separate foundation. The Raufoss Youth Housing Foundation and Kyseth Housing Foundation were merged into the foundation. The contracting authority's business is currently conducted through a business management contract with Norian AS. This contract is valid until a new agreement is in place. As of 31.12.2022, the foundation has 249 residential units plus 6 care centres. The procurement includes assignments such as rent collection, invoicing, payment of expenses, reporting, electricity contracts, budget, insurance, asset management, consultancy, archiving and administrative routines.
