Building Contractor Framework

Description

Framework for day rate building maintenance services to cover smaller value reactive and planned repairs. There is also scope to include larger planned works up to a maximum of 50,000 GBP. The structure of the framework will be a multi-contractor arrangement with three companies. - For reactive works under 7K GBP, a job will be allocated to the first ranked contactor. For any reason the first ranked contractor is not able to undertake the work, the job will be offered to rank 2 and so on. - For planned works of values 7K GBP - 50K GBP, all three contractors will be requested to submit a quotation on an equal basis, with the best value quotation selected for that particular job.
