The procurement is for the supply of supplies and services in respect of the provision and configuration of a cloud-based housing management system with ongoing support and product updates throughout the contract lifespan. Lot 1: The Council invited tenders for the supply of supplies and services in respect of the provision and configuration of a cloud based housing management system with ongoing support and product updates throughout the contract lifespan. The aims/objectives/service priorities of this contract are: • Provision and ongoing support of a cloud-based housing management system that will capture information relating to social housing tenancy management, application management and bidding. • Implementation services including configuration and training • Data mapping support The contract is for an initial period of 60 months with the option to extend for a further 60 months making 120 months in total.
