Lot 112001: 22-167 External Works Lot 1 Hard and soft landscape works A variety of hard and soft landscape works; Hardworks elements to including surfacing of footpaths, car parking, and vehicular areas, seating areas, steps, ramps, street furniture to non-adoptable areas. Softworks to include excavation, filling, levelling, soiling and ground preparation, ripping and cultivation. The creation of grass and meadow areas, through either seeding or turfing. All aspects of planting including the supply and planting of groundcover, shrubs and herbaceous planting etc.
