Managed Detection and Response Services

Description

Wheatley Housing Group requires the following services: - Endpoint detection and response services (EDR) - SIEM threat detection service with 24x7 SOC - MDR retained incident response (RIR) The services to be delivered to Wheatley Housing Group: - Managed Endpoint Detection & Response service for up to 499 endpoints. Service delivered using Microsoft Defender for Endpoints. - 24x7 SOC monitoring of security alerts from the deployed endpoints to identify potential malicious activity and threats. Correlation of alerts with the SIEM Threat Detection service to identify security incidents. Triage of security incidents, including classifications of alerts/incidents against business criticality. Near Real-time live reporting portal and customer interface - Provision of security incident remediation recommendations when incidents are identified. Engagement with the Wheatley Housing Group security team when security incidents require validation and/or response. - Remote remediation support including the ability to contain or quarantine an endpoint if authorised by Wheatley Housing Group - Threat Hunting. Monthly Scheduled ‘Threat Hunts’ to identify attempts to bypass or evade the detection capabilities of existing rules and analytics with reporting.
