Description

The works comprise of a combination of the following 1 Refurbishment of a derelict building from c1870 for use as office space on the ground and basement levels and for use as a separate 3 bed dwelling unit on the first and second floors. Works include the reconstruction of the return, new floors and new roof, new staircase, new finishes and fittings throughout, new M and E installation including a lift, repair and conservation works. 2 Alterations including external and internal modifications to the existing structure, and the provision of a roof terrace to the rear at first floor. 3 General refurbishment of the existing structure including repair of facades, replacement of windows. 4 Associated site works including the provision of new external stairs to the side at ground floor and basement level. 5 Associated conservation works and ancillary works. 6 Gross Internal Floor Area 210 SM.
