The construction of a Emergency department Extension at University Hospital Tipperary which is a live operational acute hospital. This project will consist of a three storey extension, of an approximate overall area of circa 850sqm, to the existing hospital adjacent to existing Emergency Department and Radiology Department. Waiting Area, Reception, Administration and Staff facilities. Ancillary works include extension to the existing stairs and covered roof top plant rooms
