NHS CIOS and NHS Devon - WorkWell Central Hub - Market Engagement

Description

WorkWell is a national service commissioned across England by local Integrated Care Boards. It is an early-intervention work and health coaching and support service for people whose mental or physical health makes work a struggle. It offers light-touch, holistic, personalised coaching and support which is designed to prevent people from falling out of work because of health (or help them back quickly, before they become entrenched in health-related economic inactivity). Cornwall & Isles of Scilly, acting also on behalf of Devon ICB, wishes to contract the hub service strand of WorkWell in the SW peninsula region, which will employ a core coaching team providing coaching and support to participants across the whole of the Cornwall, Devon & Isles of Scilly peninsula for the period April 2027 to March 2031.
