A framework agreement for the procurements of ICT supplies

The tender contest applies to a framework agreement for the procurement of ICT supplies such as toner for printers, PC mice and keyboards, mobile hard drives, memory sticks, etc., webcams, headsets for telephones, small mobile speakers, etc., cables and various other ICT related supplies. The contracting authority points out that any questions about the competition will in principle not be answered until August due to the general staff holiday. Lot 1: The tender contest applies to a framework agreement for the procurement of ICT supplies such as toner for printers, PC mice and keyboards, mobile hard drives, memory sticks, etc., webcams, headsets for telephones, small mobile speakers, etc., cables and various other ICT related supplies. Hedmark IKT has existing, separate framework agreements for servers, switches, Multi-Function Devices (MFD), AV equipment, PCs, tablets, mobile telephones and IP telephones. Supplies included in these categories are thus not included in this tender contest. The supplier must be able to offer the contracting authority a system for electronic self-service (separate WEB page for ordering / call offs against the agreement). The contracting authority only wants tenders for new equipment. Tenders on used equipment will be rejected.
