Lot 13 - Servicing and Maintenance of Fire and Intruder Alarms and Other 'Specialist' Systems together with Associated Monitoring

Nottinghamshire County Council (the 'Council') is seeking tenders, on behalf of Ashfield District Council (ADC), for the provision of Fire and Intruder Alarms Servicing and Maintenance works together with associated monitoring, and the Servicing and Maintenance of other 'Specialist' systems (comprising Social Fire Detection and Alarm Systems, Fixed Gaseous Fire Suppression Systems and Fixed Watermist Fire Protection Systems), including associated remedial and reactive works, as detailed in the Specification, Service Requirements, Pricing Schedules, and other accompanying appendices. Ashfield District Council (hereafter the 'Employer,' 'Authority' or 'ADC').are the Contracting Authority and will be entering into the contract with the appointed Service Provider. The Service Provider must be appropriately qualified and experienced, and affiliated or accredited to and/or registered with the appropriate regulatory/professional bodies, in line with the requirements of the Contract. The Service Provider shall ensure that the Employer continually meets their statutory and legislative requirements and obligations in relation to the services. The Service Provider is required to deliver the Service in a cost-effective manner, whilst ensuring that the appropriate standards are achieved and maintained. The services shall be provided by a Single Supplier / Service Provider.
